in sacramento there is no limit on how many plants you can grow under your prop 215 or sb420 license, it just has to be within reason of your script. i think its common sense honestl, he probably grew once made a little money and then wanted to get rich quick. stupid people make stupid mistakes

also you could technically grow 445 plants you'd just need how ever many licenses to cover the 445 plants

in Cali prop 215 allows for 6 mature and 12 immature for a total of eighteen per patient, if you run a collective you can grow that for each of your patients. the law is grey however and you need to have your paperwork in order.

I made it to the 6th page and couldn't read anymore. You people trying to tell him how much is enough for him and his patients go shove it in your butt. You guys who really secretly wanna be cops to tell us we can't grow 445 plants you shove it in your butt too. Just ridiculous he comes asking for help and you have to be holier than though. If you guys could grow 445 plants, you would do it too! A lot of good posts by good people thanks for the info I live in cali too.

Man I hope and pray for you, fuck having to pay for a lawyer would suck. But as long as you get all those lights and stuff back. Man I wish you could sue them for taking away someones prescription and make up for it all.

^^^^ LOOOOOL! talk about a contradiction. Also, since this guy is so smart, I'm probably not telling him anything by saying that on Jan 25th (date?), the California Supreme Court ruled that there can be no limit on a patients medicine as this was never stated in the original Prop 215 or SB420. He knew that though and he also knew that the link to this case and details have been posted about 5 or 6 times by the op. Man, he knows a lot.

Dude you make the argument like you had 5 plants in your closet. I would call you an idiot and tell you to have fun in prison, but I knew of a guy that got busted with a warehouse full and he got 5 months house arrest. Good job on giving the state ammo to go against those who operate within the lame but reasonable confines of the law.

first let me just tell all you bashers that i have 10 215 cards. i am growing medicine for them all. second about 300 of those were seedlings and or clones in rockwool. there were only 60 mature plants. third the supreme court ruled it is unconstitutional for anyone to regulate the number of plants or the amount of dried medicine a patient can have. i am pasting a copy from the news channel from this past fri. this is the second time in 2 weeks that the cops had to return someones medicine and equipt. the first one the plant count was over a thousand. the one i am pasting in the next paragraph the guy had 40 mature plants on 1 card!

Shasta Marijuana Case Dropped
Fri, 03/05/2010 - 16:57
It was a surprising end to a medical marijuana case in Shasta County Friday. A Redding man was facing felony charges for growing medicinal marijuana.

But now, officials say they are dismissing the case because the law he was breaking has changed.

When James Hall was in court Friday morning, protesters were outside protesting the case. Hall has a Prop 215 card (a recommendation for medical marijuana).

According to the District Attorney, at the time, Hall was breaking the law by growing too many plants. But the California Supreme Court has just changed that law, so Hall can grow as many plants as he would like.

D.A. Jerry Benito says they did not have any choice but to dismiss the charges after the law changed. Hall was notified that this case will be dismissed Friday afternoon.
Filla is right Supreme Court rules. They shouldn't even be wasting your time but they are. You should throw out some gnarly letter to the press to gain back up. I'm not sure where you said you were in Cali but im sure if you were down in San Diego I know a group that would rally!
