Busted!?

HEy all.. here it is.. Quick legal issues haha. Alright so today i woke up and noticed my landlord has a crew digging a new well for our appt building. Well I have a growbox in my basement. It is clearly a grow box lol.. LOoks like a Pantry cabnit with emergency blankets covering it with fans running etc.. well all around the basement there is growing supplies.. lights/fans/nutes/ash trays/ bottles/ pretty much everything u would ever think haha.. Now he might not even have cared/noticed what it was but ehh i dunno.. Anyways The room has no smell but anyways i cleaned out everything... Anything that had to do with growing i removed it except for the box itself.. now its just a cabnit sitting there. Nothing in it or accesssories..

He was right arond the box so he must have seen it, but if he calls the cops what happeneds? There is nothing there now but a cabnit but ev erything is all cleaned.... This was about 2hours ago and no cops are still here.. Should i be worried? what should i do?

alright...well i just kinda figured the box with mylar around it was obvious but maybe not. lol anyways it scart the shit out of moi so im done till i get my house haha... So if the cops have not came yet they prob wont? I pretty much cleaned and got rid of everything haha.. all in my storage unit far away lol. My plant will sit in darkness for 2 days then ill harvest it i guess haha

tell em u grow organic cuz u dont like the chemincals in ur food.... few things could happen.... he saw it and doesnt care as long as ur rents paid and money's in his pocket... he saw it and notified the police, who i imagine if hes the property owner would not need a warrant to enter.... or he ust didnt see it at all or pay it no mind.... good luck bro!

Find a new place to live, b/c if he did tell the cops...they are watching and waiting. They porb already know you were going to tear it down, hence why they wait. I say move on and be more careful.

Pigs are stupid. They just have a bunch of technology to do there job for them. Hell, If I was sent out in the amazon to find 10 plants, I'd find em all.. xD. It's chill dude... As long as he didnt take pictures and you got everything out without being seen you're good, I'd probably keep it on the back burner like you said untill you get a house. Good Luck.

haha okay sounds good.. THe basement is all cleared out now.. so im just gonna leave it alone till i get my own house instead of renting lol.. Its been like 4-5 hours and nothing yet... so u guys think im safe?

ya i put all my growing supplies in a garbage bad and took them to my storage.. i got a pile of cfls sitting on on a dresser tho.. but those are nothing.. I took my plant.. put it in a big bag pot and all lol.. its about 2 feet tall and like a week from harvest or so.. so im gonna let it sit in my storage for about 2 days then harvest it.

Replace all your house hold lights with the CFL's
It will help you save money while you aren't growing waiting for shit to die down

Yeah I would just tuck them away in a drawer or something just so that they aren't out in plain sight

play it safe, whatever they try to charge you with cant be much with out the pot growing

i dont know about cannada , but in the states the police just need the property owners permission to enter the unit in a rental .besides if they search and gather little to evidence they cannot file charges. then think about this , in cannada they have medical mj (i think) if so who is to say you dont have a mj card or what ever.hope maybe that will help

Hey guys, Just an update.. still no word from polive/landlord. Been almost 24hr. But i bought a house so illbe gone in a month anyways.... But ya i think im safe.. hopeso lol.. i harvested my plant last night becuase i couldn't grow anymore lol... 35g wet.. not to much but it will do for a bit

ya, you definetly dont have to worry too much in quebec. montreal is pretty relaxed for growing too. had cops walk into my house during a party found five in a temp set up. told me to keep the parties down haha
