In a previous post about amsterdammarijuanaseeds.com, I had accused them of not sending me my seed order since, you know, I had never received anything. Today, 45 days later, I received my order; however, it had been opened, contents removed, taped back up, and then sent to me. The package also had a couple of small pieces of tape on the postage stamp.

I am not sure where all of this mail-interruptus occurred, but I think I am in trouble....right?

I did not receive any letter...just a couple of empty ....ah...packets that were not too stealthily placed.

Odd...I just received an e-mail from Amsterdamseeds confirming my original order made in Jan. I didn't reorder or ask them to do anything ever since I disputed the purchase (with my bank) and got my $ back.

Now I am wondering if that opened package was a sleight of hand from Amsterdamseeds making me think it was intercepted?? I mean if it were really intercepted by the authorities, I would have received that letter, right? So maybe this is their way of getting back at me for disputing the charge, and only now trying to recharge my credit card? Of course, I cancelled my card awhile back, so...

I know this sounds paranoid, but it is part of the territory, eh?

Yeah, you just might be in trouble. When you order in the mail it's a federal offense.

Try to talk to an attorney.

And, by the way, I never received this second alleged shipment - not even an intercepted package. They must have been mistaken about this order (or re-order) that I never made...of course, I never clicked the order status link amsterdammarijuanaseeds sent me, although I was tempted. Not sure what would happen. :?: Maybe legit, maybe not...

If Customs got the seeds, you would get a letter, no legal action, no prob. A seize of legal, unsprouted seeds does not warrant a probable cause warrant, no prob. My first & last package from Nirvana was empty of seeds, just a rip off somewhere down the line. I don't deal with them anymore.

Did you get a letter from customs? If not, did your torn package have anything inside, like an empty container? I have been successful the two times I have used Nirvana. Did you contact them?
