Busted with 8 Lowryder Plants and about 2 ounce Dry. What's going to Happen to Me?

there is a lot of variables. How was the dried bagged(sale, or personal)? How did you get busted? Do you have anything on your record? What else do they have on you? What you need to do is spend the money on a Great lawyer.

happenin dave m8 im from scotland also.look ive seen many a friend busted for growing pot and they have all walked away with cs or a suspended sentence at teh most.i myself 2 years ago was done for a firearms offence possesion of 1 oz of weed possesion of 25 diazepam and 2 breach of the peaces and i walked away with an 18 month probation order-no piss tests or anything like that.so i wouldnt worry about it too much my man.
jus mind keep yer chin up and dont let the bastards get you down ;)

get a good lawyer say, plead your case saying it was all personal use and show your a good citizen. You have a full time job, you go to school, and if you have not been in trouble before you should get off with probation, but a big lawyer fee. Its gonna be a pain in the ass. Also dress well in court and make sure you seem regretful. If you have family and friends that are willing to be in court with you take them with. It shows that your not a loner and have something going for you in life.

there shouldnt be any lawyer fees he'll get legal aid.and might i add if your in the fife region and at cupar sherrif court i suggest getting baird and company solicitors on the case dougie williams is top quality

Some of you guys are really douche bags. When your in a situation where you could go to jail the last thing that is needed esp where your supposed to support marijuana growers is dick comments.

yeah i know what your saying man i only get legal aid for the time my lawyers spends in court but not for the likes of letters.you never know dave m8 you might jus walk away with a fine.i hope thats the outcome.:joint:

Cheers ma man, nice to see a fellow Scot on here helping another out. It was june the 5th or 6th I got busted, can't really remember the exact date, trying to forget about the whole experience as it was very traumatic, especially as it happened just after i blasted a bong of my homegrown. My lawyer says I might not here anything at all, they have 12 months to raise the case against me, if that is not done, I am not prosecuted. So fingers crossed. Do you know the timescale it takes for this shit to come threw? It's Airdrie Sheriff court i'll be going too. You'd think they would save themselves the paper work and just decriminalise it, shame on the Labour government and shame on Jaqui Smith, even after the think tank recommened it remained a class C, she went on her moral high horse and said nah make it B. Stupid bitch, theiving MP scum, using our tax money to fill there own pockets.

it can take over 12 months to build a case against you so fingers crossed bud also depends on how you you solicitor is he/she will keep trying to postpone it for 12 months.i really hope it goes that way for you man.
