Busted grow house in Kittery, ME

Here is an article about a grow house that got busted up in Kittery Maine this week. The article is brief but reinforces several important lessons to be learned by stealth growers.

It looks like the growers were from NY but chose Maine because of lower penalties. This was a wise move...they were released on $200 bail despite being caught with over 80 plants valued at $200k by the police. One guy had a prior so he is in more trouble. A "tip" to the police started the investigation. They were probably hanging out at the local bars and someone said too much. Looks like they got away with it for several years though but got complacent.

Lol i like how they say "but it was then "excellent police work" on the part of detective" when they didnt have a clue about it.

80 plants 200k? Wow street prices on the rise?

they claim 86lbs worth 200k which is right or a bit lower then our street value but that's over a 1lb a plant what strain is that I WANT SOME!!

They must still measure the plants wet with roots attached for weight.

here a real number - $200 bail!! gotta love maine! you need over 100 plants in maine to get a felony charge.

See this just goes to show the cops need to be tipped off to even look into energy uses. These guys had hella lights and heater I'm sure the power bill was huge. Lol good poplice work my ass. A retard would start there.
