Bushy Plants

Ok so i am limited on space so i was watching this one video where the guy cuts of the top of the plant when he wants it to reach that certan hight. And the plant will stop growing upward and will start growing outward. Is this true?because i am looking for a plant that will grow up to 1 foot for my own stash.

stays relevant.
Well you can't promise that vertical growth will stop... A couple new tops will grow out of the cut area and will then begin acting the same way the original top did. Of course you can cut those tops to to help prohibit future vertical growth...

Topping will work but you don't want to do it too much.

bending and roping down the branches worked better for me you can bend the plant as it grows and make it grow horizontally
I experimented with one of my males. I had a 26" plant down to 9" lol
