Bushy plant or not bushy, which is better?

Right so all the branches curved up and I haven't done any stress straining but today it looked like shit and looked like not enough light was getting to the center so I snapped them slightly and pushed them down so rather than going towards the sky in 180 degree angle they now curve up.
Good thing or bad?
problem is I transplanted my plant disproportionally which means it's more towards the left than the center so I'm trying to get rest of the pot space filled.

in mother nature, very little is wasted. everything has a purpose. A leaf is either a source or a sink.
meaning it is a source for food, or a storage for food for when it needs it. supercropping, is different than defoliating. Which is what it sounds like you did. you just redirected the apical dominance in the plant to other branches.

Bushy means more room. How much room do you have? How any plants? For me I'm limited so I don't like bushy. But if you have the room... I say LST em and get them bushy and short. I have broke a few and used blue tape to hold em together. Now they have a huge knuckle on em and doing good.

Yeah exactly, the plant isn't placed in the center of the pot I left the other side as it is, but the side that's pointing towards the light (the placed is placed in the top left corner of the tent) is now bent so they can start shooting curved so I can use the space that's being wasted as I do not have anymore space if it continues to grow towards the tent wall. So is this a good thing or bad?

it won't hurt and will increase your yield, but in exchange it adds time to veg to repair itself.

That's fine, I'm trying to get even sides, trying some funking stuff, I've managed to get the bottom branches to be right at the top and top ones to be at the bottom on another plant without scrogging or anything, just use the power plant leaves (big leaves) to push and add weight so they get pushed down even did it to my main top (I didn't top off) so now centre is empty and nice light can go through and my main stem has a 150 degree curve.

Ewh fuck no, I mean don't get me wrong I like hairs but I like my women like carpet, nicely trimmed with designer pubic hair, my favourite is landing strip or full hair but just cropped off at the sides so it has the triangle shape and doesn't run all the way to the side of the womans legs, it just stops at the side of the legs.
