That, and they'd also have to attempt to prosecute all the generals, congress-members that voted for appropriations, etc, because of the fact that the Nuremberg Trials (Nazi War Crimes Tribunal) found that "I was just following orders" is not a valid defense.

Shit happens, this could happen, though I doubt it. The current president and vice president have their fingers in this pie also, or at least voted to continue the war. Anyone that voted for the Iraq war in any way is complicit in my view, although, there are those with much greater complicity than either Biden or Obama. Those should get the full brunt of the results of any investigation
