burnt leafs, need help plz.

There seems to be more and more burn spots comming up on the leafs here, i have that light pushed all the way to the top of the grow room but it doesnt seem to help. Got a fan on them and i've only watered them twice since germination about 9 days ago. Tried to include a picture of how far the light is away from them, its about 3 feet and its a 400W MH bulb, got a fan on that thing to. Any advice?

just found this site and it looks like nute burn from what i can figure. Must be the ocean forest i planted under the jiffy pots there. I may have just answered my own question but is there anything i can do about this? or just ride it out and hope they can get tough or die?
and sorry for posting this in the wrong place i know i was supposed to go under plant problems. My bad.

Umm flushing with water? does that work cause i've only watered them with just water. and the nutes are in the soil so i'll do it if it would help but i had no idea i could flush soil like that.

if the nutes are in the soil its probably not nute burn

Yeah i'm not sure whats going on. looks like nute burn in those pictures of that site i posted there. But yeah there's the light distance, thats what they look like and under them is ocean forest. i'm looking for suggestions. Thanks
