Burning clone! Help!

I have a clone thats about a month old and its about 10-12". Its hotter than hell where i live so everytime i put her outside she starts to wilt/burn/curl. I have a mesh cloth that i put over the top of her and that helped but now it looks like shes starting to stretch. Please help. what do i do to be able to put her outside permanently. And i know its too late in the season im just doing this grow for fun

Clones don't like a lot of light!
They should be under some cfl or flo's!
Maybe a humility dome if their fresh clones!
