burned my top cola,help please!!

hey all, so I kinda screwed up yesterday.. these damn things grow so fat, inbetween a days time they grew like 4 inches and the top of my plant was completely touchen my light when i got back yesterday.

the top few leaves, and all the hairs where the dominant cola was starting to form(2 weeks in) have been burned... should I chop off the top of hte plant and let it grow back or what do i do? its not that big of a deal cause this wasnt one of my most important plants but it is taking up space

I'd let it fix its self and pics would help me decide on what you should do??

If you can move the lights up,if not tie the plants down so they will grow on its side if you don't have room,can,t really tell with those pics,but they don't look that bad,good luck and i think your fine just over protective of your babies im the same way...later

I would cut it off down to the next highest node. It looks early in flower so exposing the lower branches to more light will help make up the difference.

I agree also topping at this stage will bring 2 main colas in its place, I would get rid of it tho, U dont want ur plant spending flower time trying to heal a burn, exact same thing happened to me i cut it at the closest node, a week later i had 2 buds the same size

You let it bush like it is you will have colas everywhere,so maybe cut the one spot but looks to be already topped once no need to do it again,it will take 7 days to start growing again,waste alot of time to me...

actually guys I wasnt talking about the plant on the left... i know i posted that pic and it mpretty much centers the attention on the big plant, but I was referring to one of the plants in the back right... the first two pics were of its burned top... THey are about 2 weeks since I started flower, wouldnt you think topping right now would really stunt the plant and maybe risk hermie?

Most definantly don't put them through it and fuck yourself with stress,at most clip bud area and if its healthy it will branch off into 2 buds...foliage spray in area to feed burnt area light water,antibac soap pinch of high nitrogen nute,for couple days later
