Even though I am a proud southerner, I don't eat a lot of grits. I like them, with butter and salt, black pepper also. But they just aren't something I eat often.

Do you like yellow or white grits best? I kind of like the yellow, seems to have more flavor.

never really had the opportunity to have the yellow , will try them ...white just the way you have them , cant order them out they are always lumpy
