i also believe it looks like some sort of pest damage but I cannot find anything on the leafs or undersides not mites or flies and I have never had a Caterpillar in my indoor garden before so i sure hope not!
The bumps on the leafs seem to push in from underneath and then cause lesions or some to like burst its weird. Could it be related ti humidity or PH
Looks like some kind of insect damage, caterpillar maybe...

This is the year for grasshoppers, check the tops of your plant growths, youll notice them nesting there eating the new leaf material. Get yourself an insecticide for them asap = )

I think the leaves received some kind of damage. One of the plants looks like it's been fimmed. Perhaps at that time? Did a droplet of feed/foliar get trapped in the node of the top and burn? I'm just spitballin here because I've had this on mine before. I also agree it could be ph.

You shouldn't be spraying with anything other than ro/distilled water when they're really young. In fact you don't really need to spray them at all. The best way to add humidity is with a humidifier. Sometimes they suggest to new growers that you can spray them just so you'd have something innocuous to do instead of over watering etc.
The leaves are actually quite fragile when they're young and under fluorescent lighting. I have a plant that's 6 weeks old that has a bad burn on a leaf from some feed that splashed on it.

Ok you dont say?? yeah my veg room gets very dry now that we ditched the tent and converted the whole room but we have a few humidifiers running but the levels are still low cause of the AC drying out the air. I usually always spray seedlings their first 3 weeks because iv heard thats when humidity should be at its highest but Il make sure to stop that and see what happens. Thanks for the tips bro!!

Lol that bit about giving new growers something to do is fantastic. I can relate 100%.

If you need to raise humidity give one of these a shot. You just float it in water and it churns out fog. It's very simple and very effective.

After FIM you will get a couple leaves that look damaged from the trimmng. Long as it's not getting worse , they will be ok. Once a leaf gets damaged like that it cannot heal fully...just looks odd is all.
