how does that even matter though if 6010 downhill is the current norm for roots?Tents are obvious to people that knows what’s up.

If it’s painted it will not. The paint protects it from the UV.I don't think this applies to the op, but it might be worthwhile to point out that spray foam is a no no in grow rooms. It can break down over time due to the lights and stick to buds. Nobody wants that
It’s a room in a room,,, awesome, love itWhy are you putting a tent in the grow room you are building?
A lot of good points but,,,, I think it’s awesome, change I’m the future if need beIn trying to help you along right now. IF you want help. I would remove everything start over because you have a grow room or at the min a great grow space. That need to be blocked off from the rest of the house. and you want it concealed from prying eyes and noses....smile. It cool.
First think ventilation. how are you going to move the air in and out of the space. At least how to move the air out.
Second think how am i getting electricity to the space. Your a electrician that should be easy.
third how am i getting in and out of this space and keep it concealed while I am working.
fourth, which way to hang my lamps for optimum lighting
fifth or second how will i get water to this space without carrying buckets through the house.
sixth how many plants do i want to grow at one time
What I am trying to say is plan it and you will see it. You have the vision and path of what you want. Its just going to take some more planning and time on your part,
Hell good first effort. now make this one count
I just re-did my grow space. realized I was not getting max lighting and reflection. Been growing in that set up for years. after re-doing the lights I think I have more space for plants. Same amount of lights, same amount of space. but just repositioned lights to run 90 degrees to walls. Now I am able to fit ten nice size plants under two lamps. catching better light reflection and getting better lighting from the other lamps.
In other words some simple changes makes a world of difference
Maybe for a little while. Outdoor paint fails and wears out for a lack of a better term due to sunlight. The same thing is going to happen inside, probably at a faster rate because its indoor paint with high intensity lights. Not a risk I'd personally be willing to take and I think its worth noting. If it’s painted it will not. The paint protects it from the UV.
You keep going pal, haters will always be critics,, fuck that, I think it looks greatThe studs are 1.2m apart. The whole structure is build at 2inch x 4inch. Which is 10 times stronger that it should be and you still are whining. I could hang a car on the roof.
Header is already cut, but i havent deciced the height of door structure. Again the ceilings are 2"x4".
Do you even know what gyproc is?.
And yes i know i didnt do it perfectly. I was never going to. And still the frame is way more stronger that it needs to be. I know very well how that is supposed to do. Doing electricians job in the buildings. The foam is uretanium (dont know the percice name). Stop whining such a little things.
I saw pics on ur growtent. Extencion cord in a growroom lol ur a pro. Rebuild your shit before you burn your house. Non shielded cables with leds etc etc.
This post made me lmao. Not sure many will get it lolLooks like the first grow room harold and I built in the lodges basement.
Yeah, but he left 70% of the skins mangled on the cat and only got a bit of fluff and bloody organs. He skinned this cat with a fuckin chainsaw.your solution looks simple, smart and effective. and i thank you for sharing it.
his solution looks like it could be very professional and elegant and also effective if we give him a chance. like hes said. its not done. overkill? maybe. but if he stays out of jail then its worth it.
all i'm saying is there is more than one way to skin a cat and something being cheap and easy doesn't necessarily make it best.
Ahh cool @Exxact hope it all works out! I would still be worrying all the time if I wasn't living with the plants but sounds like you have it sorted. It is very normal, people uses their garages every day. I will use only 1200w of hps at the flowering stage. It is not that much. And when my lights go off, the electric heater will pop on, which is larger than 1,2kw, most of people are heating their garages over 2kw of power so its pretty normal. Also this kind of wiring will level the power usage data, hiding the 12/12 lights.
He said his garage is surrounded by other garages on all sides. So I think its more like a rented garage/studio/workshop that has a toilet/sink and can be heated. Security and electric usage was the main cause for concern that I had, but it sounds like its not an issue.I think this garage is attached to where he lives, not like a storage unit. He said people commonly heat them and there is a toilet/water heater in there.
Yes thats the idea and it works perfectly for me. But ultimately the air from my tent is exhausted to a different room so there is always fresh air coming into the grow room from the rest of the house. I did this for temperature control as well as when I have the tent open the smell doesnt leak out into the rest of the house.I was asking what in particular the trash can itself was doing. I realize the objective is to filter air.
Ultimately I answered my own question.... the filters are better at pulling air through them rather than pushing air through them.
so the trash can allows the air to come into it then the through the filter, through the fan and then onto the room.
It is very quality stuff, uv protected, reduces noise. It is used on every house, at here where reindeers are. Also the foam is not even remotely touched by light. Bc there will be tent inside.Maybe for a little while. Outdoor paint fails and wears out for a lack of a better term due to sunlight. The same thing is going to happen inside, probably at a faster rate because its indoor paint with high intensity lights. Not a risk I'd personally be willing to take and I think its worth noting.
Scrubbers only do so much, so you've taken care of the smell, what about the sound? Using too loud of a blower you're going to draw attention to the noise running all the time, too small of a blower and it won't take care of the smell.
LMFAOROFL JEEESUSS. ok. I’m done. I hope you are too.It is very quality stuff, uv protected, reduces noise. It is used on every house, at here where reindeers are. Also the foam is not even remotely touched by light. Bc there will be tent inside.

Budbox 3x1,5x2. Very nice tent. The 210D mylar is very heavy
Or you just dont understand that simple thing. There is a growroom, where is growtent. I know it can be hard. Never said anything else. I even drew the thing to you. LMFAOROFL JEEESUSS. I have already noticed that you dont read all posts before you start flaming but i dont care. You go and do your things. You can put your tent on outside so its not laughable. In
LMFAOROFL JEEESUSS. ok. I’m done. I hope you are too.
You built a box, in a box, in a box, in another box...
Sounds like a townhouse to me. Garages under the house.Ahh cool @Exxact hope it all works out! I would still be worrying all the time if I wasn't living with the plants but sounds like you have it sorted.
