building a box 65 by 40 by 30 need help

ok i built the box got the light 400w cool tube .also have 170 cfm exhuast with odor control do i also need a fan in there to or not... thanks in advance. which light would be better people say led do anyone know were i could purchase a cheap led light for that measurement.

if you're asking if you need a fan blowing on your plants, you need to read a whole hell of a lot more before you ever post again.
