BUGS or something else

I just looked at a friends plant and it looks like it has Holes, pin holes in the leaves and the plant looks a little droopy. it's outdoors so she really can't tend to it much. What do you think

Outside probably some bug..

I agree, that's one of the problems with outdoor grows.
