Bugs on my crops!!!!

Ok, so I've looked up a Lot about this problem but Im not really sure what to trust. I'm a little over a month into growing and my girls Have some pretty torn up leaves from those bastards.....what should I do? And how bad will this effect them for further growth?

Depends on what kind of critters you have eating up your plants. Do you know what your exact issue is? Spider mites? Thrips? something else? Info and pics are going to be your savior...

They arelittle green bugs I think aphids? I can't get anypictures right now but the plant are still growing nicely just don't look the prettiest.
