I'm about to finish my 3rd week of vegging, and I seen some small tiny black bugs running around the tray where the cannibis sits.. I haven't seen any bugs in the plants, although I need to look around a bit more... Are these mites, spiders, or what is this? I have added pictures

Please tell me what they are, and what I can do to fix this problem

Am I screwed?

You can't tell from the pictures i've attached what kind of bugs they are? Are they spider mites you think?

Mites are so small you wouldn't be able to take a pic with a normal camera. Hard to tell from the pics, but those look like some kind of gnat. You could do an Azamax soil drench to protect the soil from eggs and larva. Not all bugs are bad for MJ, so if you don't see any damage or infestation on your plants then you might be cool anyway.

True if they get out of hand and you can see them flying around everywhere then worry about gnats if they are them. Spidermites u cannot see but damage your plant in high temps they thrive (85-90 degrees)

I dip the plants in 6 teaspoons of 3% walmart hydrogen paroxide and sprayed the roots with"dont bug me" by foxfarm

I hope this will fix my problem, i have a res at the bottom (25gallons) that drains all the exess food/nutrients/water (i dont re-use the water) and so i hadnt put a air pump in the res, so i think what happend is they started building there and went upwards torwards my plants tray, the plants roots, and around that general area, i only seen one or two on the plants themselfs

Rooms usually 76 since its AC'd 24/7 (cept sleeping time, at nights, where its 45-55 outside)

Help please =p hope i didnt hurt my plants by spraying the fox farm on their roots after having them sit in the hydrogen paroxide for a minute
I still saw eggs and live bugs underneith the plant wheni took em out of the hydrogen paraoxide, so i sprayed the fox farm dont bug me spray on the roots, hoping that fixes it

Ive also dip the tray/res into my pool, and rince them out with my hose to ensure its sanitized, clorine from pool should do that i hope

Neem oil is a good solution to dunk the plants with... Per medical growers bible.
You must not have stagnate or sitting water as this is a great place for virus and whatever to incubate. Keep your grow area clean--- sweep up loose dirt or vacuum. That is what I do... Also put up a couple of fly strips hanging that will keep them all in one place.
I know you cannot get rid of those little pesty pests that come in the brown part of the bananna peel at the top Eggs in there they hatch and go look for nature to live (your plants)
If you eat banannas make sure when you get home you cut off the brow part on the top and place those out on the curb for trash or they will hatch in your warm house as they are refrigerated for shipping and make the eggs go dornmant till they warn up at yoru house.
Also becareful with youre night time cool down try and keep it not more then a 10 degree swing as this will help with tighter spaced buds (spears) per the bible.
In other words you keep your room at 76 it should not cool to less then 66 degrees. As well as heat in the first month will make it prone to go male if it was a seedling. like over 85 degrees. Then the night goes to 70 to harsh it may transform into a male.
See the clean area in the pic
I know you are Hydro and Peroxide will help fight off disease but becareful with that. If you get an oppurtunity see the DVD Seemore Buds as they hae great video of different ideas and gardens. I use the Medical Growers Bible as it was the first book I got on the MJ subject and covers all aspects of grwoing mediums including warding off pests and other money saving ideas. The book is by Jorge Cervantes and canbe found on Amazon used too.

They aren't even on the plants like at all, they are around the tray the plants are in, and under the roots, I may have noticed some slimey larvas growing, but I used this product

Fox Farms "Dont Bug Me" http://www.urbangardensolutions.com/FoxFarm-Dont-Bug-Me-Spray-p/175-79050.htm?click=11398

I sprayed the plants, the roots as well and since today is the 2nd day since i'm watering the plants after spraying their roots/the plants, i see dead bugs floating out from under the plant/roots with the exess water, and they all seem dead - I think I resolved my problem, but I did buy some neem oil incase

I'm not positive what the situation will turn out to be, however I can't figure out what kind of bugs these are, I had a friend suggest they are harmless, and another suggest they can damage me.
I'm going into my first day of 4th week of vegging tomorrow, and I'd like to be sure I am pest/bug free before I enter flowering at the end of week 4, I'm very open to any helpful peoples recommendations

Little heart shaped black flies? Sitting around doing nothing? Babies born under the pot in the dark and moist? Those are some kind of b.s. bathroom fly. We've got them here in the tropics where there is lots of mold. They grow anywhere around the tub where there is daily moisture (water under shampoo bottle, sponges, washcloths) and any kind of fungus, mold mildew. I'm pretty sure those bastards are not going to harm your plant. But its a sign your grow area is not clean. Remove your plant, spray everything with dilute bleach and wipe up well. When you water your plant control your drip water, use a tray and don't let your drip water sit around all day. Clean the drip water collecting tray on a regular basis. Those flies can spring babies like crazy in any kind of moisture.
