Bugs, help me identify them please

Hey, Im doing my first grow and never thought i would run into bug problems, but i may have some yet... my plants havnt even sprouted out of the soil yet but I have found very very tiny bugs roaming around the surface of my soil. My grow is indoors with humidity levels of about 30% and temperatures average about 85 degrees Fahrenheit. I am not able to get any good pictures of the pests but I am able to describe them.

DESCRIPTION: The bugs are extremely small (at least now), they are white and somewhat transparent, their bodies are longer than they are wide, they appear to have two antennas, they do not fly or appear to have wings. I am not able to count the number of legs due to their small size.

I have tried to identify them using several Google searches but to no avail. Is it possible these are just simple no need to worry insects, or will these little pests cause major problems in my future? Thanks in advance for any help.

CAREFUL! they could be springtails, which are beneficial to both plants and soil. Poke one with a toothpick and see if it jumps REALLY high in the air. they can jump up to 4 inches.

do they look like this?

They are similar to those yes, just smaller, I think this may actually be what they are, I will provide updates if they seem to change appearance.
