Budworms or Spider mites....or something else?

This is my first cannabis grow, I'm growing 8 plants that I started off in my basement. I'm transitioning them to outside slowly (weather is unpredictable here in canada) and I just noticed today these little caterpiller type bugs. They're maybe a couple mm's long, have a shit ton of legs, are black and i noticed they spin webs to get from plant to plant. At first I thought these are spider mites due to the webs but I read that spider mites aren't really visible to the human eye and these are. I've only noticed the webs when I started bringing them outdoors (been 3 or 4 days of that now).

What kind of bugs are these and how do I get rid of them? I've included a couple of pics as well as the issues I'm having with the leaves (which could be nutrient deficiencies, I'm not too sure any more after finding these bugs). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank god lol, I wonder if they're just getting infested by some caterpillers in my deck area. The nitrogen deficiency I suspected, already adjusted the nutes :) Do caterpillers spin webs tho?

If you leave your plants outdoors all sorts of bugs will get on them
But some of those bugs kill the ones that harm weed
Leave them out and try not to kill the good bugs
