Buds smell like cucumbers not weed?

Ok so i'm air drying a crop and my buds don't smell like weed. They smell more like cucumbers or grass. They are also VERY fluffy. They have been in a closet in the dark hanging in a ventilated tote. They are a little "crispy" i guess on the outside but still seem flexible. Its been four days now. I read that the chloraphil has to break down for the grassy smell to go. Whats up?

I'm not so sure I really understand the difference between drying and curing then. Whats the next step (curing) after air drying it?

Dry for a week, then put the buds in Mason canning jars, the glass ones, leave the buds in the jars and open 1/day for 15 mins-1 hour. after a week just open once in a while, buds will start to be good tasting, nice smelling and smooth to smoke, IE Cured!

After drying, you put the buds in something air tight (like jars). Don't pack them in. Every day, open each jar and let fresh air in. Move teh buds around so they all get some air. Do this for a few weeks or until the buds feel and smell like they're ready for smokin'.
