Buds not getting bigger? 3 Weeks, no change

This is my first "real" grow, so thought I'd ask here. I'm 5 weeks into flowering, and for the last 3 weeks, my buds have not gotten any bigger. Is this normal, or do I have some sort of nutrient lockout? In the first 2 weeks, the buds developed quickly, and basically stopped. I'm noticing a few orange hairs in the upper buds already, although based on my calander, it should have about a month left to go. Will the buds get bigger in the next 4 weeks, or just ripen? Plants are about 36"-40" tall, and from what it looks like right now, I'd be surprised if each plant has an ounce on it after drying. Hopefully the buds will plump up, but they haven't changed at all for the last 3 weeks. I'm using a 600 watt HPS cool tube, about 12 inches from the canopy (maintains about 77 degrees there), and feeding them regularly with Advanced Nutrients 3 part Micro-Grow-Bloom at a flowering dose of about 1500 ppm. PH of my nutrient water is a nice 6.2 to 6.4. Am I doing something wrong, or just not being patient enough?

Here's a pic. You'll need to zoom in to see the buds (open image in new tab or window, then click to zoom in). There's 6 plants there total. (3) MOB, (1) Chem Dawg, (1) Strawberry Cough and (1) Pineapple Express

Sweet. I thought I was maybe just getting impatient, just didn't see any progress for several weeks so wondered if something was wrong. Hopefully will see the swell stage soon :) I'm guessing 4-5 weeks to go till harvest time.

Yep after the initial explosion of flower there is a lull in further growth. I'm at 5 weeks with mine and yes it's infuriating to wait for those little buds to fat up but they will.

Some strains don't show too much bud growth in week 4 or 5 then 6 there's a huge change in size for example BC Rock Start which need full 10 weeks for proper weight/size. Its normal From the photos they look fine.
