Oracle of Hallucinogens
I guess I will be modifying the Strain Report template.. but I will try to make it work well.
Strain: Buddha Blend (the weaker of the two blends)
Bag Appeal: For an incense blend, this actually looks all right. I know it is not weed, but it is nice to see a blend that does not look like sticks and twigs thrown in a bag.
Smell: There is a really unique smell to this blend.. I can not quite put a finger on most of them, but it smells really good. When burning it kind of smells a little bit like weed, so I am guessing there is sage present.
Taste: An array of kitchen spices with a hint of sweet and a hint of weed. This blend is one of the more smooth ones I have tried so far.
The High: I am impressed! Generally speaking these blends are too weak or way too strong.. this was a perfect daytime smoke! The high was mellow with calm waves of euphoria, colors were a bit more vivid, and everything felt a little "more right". For a calming high (I suppose I would say the blend is "indica-dominant"), the sedation is not of a sleepy nature and more so of an anxiolytic feeling.
Comments: In comparison to the prices of the other incense blends out there, this is a good buy for the money. It runs a bit cheaper than some of the bigger brands, but is comparable in quality. The only downside to this blend was the packaging.. I would really like to see some sort of packaging and labelling (other than the gram bag it came in).
