Bud Worms -- Need Advice !!!

One of my plants caught bud worms, and I examined the entire plant extremely thoroughly to make sure I pulled them all off. I picked off around just under 15, where they layed on my buds like the Pistils themselves. Green ones and tan ones.

Did I get them all? Or can there be any literally "inside" the buds that I cannot get? Will there be another invasion after pulling them all off?

spray them with garlic and hot pepper that'll piss em off real good.

they liv inside the bud and they eat the insides and shit in them,look for bud rot then crack the bud were you see the rot and there should be shit and more rot.you could buy some safer brand caterpillar killer at you local hydroponic store.or neem oil,i think neem oil works but im not positive.
