Bud theives

How exactly would you go about dealing with your plants being stolen? both my outdoor sativas got kidnapped last night, some kids broke through the fence and ripped both plants from the ground. it was like a murder scene there were leaves and buds everywhere. one was about a week or two from harvest the other about 4 weeks left. i'm hoping since they took them too soon they'll get horrible headaches and karma kicks their ass. i feel so shitty.

I'd probably be mad for about a day or two and then go on with life. If I was going to grow outside in the future, I would take steps to make it where rippers could not get as easily to my crop (ex: motion activated lights, burglar alarms, hurricane fenced grow area, locks on grow site, outdoor dog, etc).

That sucks! All that time spent and nothing to show for.

next year we are definitely beefing up security. a whole 6 months worth of slaving over for nothing. shame shame.

^^^ The cops won't do shit, even if they would they won't spend the time looking into a small theft like that. =(

If possible grow indoors, other than that turn your back yard into fort knox! A large sounding dog will usually deter any would-be thief fuck heads too.

I've had that happen to. Keep in mind if you wire your yard or set dangerous deterants around the thief can fucking sue you for damages if he gets hurt. I had my shit stolen on numerous occasions. I grow indoors now.

Add too much security and the locals might get more curious than you'd like if your not growing legal.

My friend said he laced his plants with fishhooks and fucked up a thief pretty bad one time. The cops got involved due to the fucking guy making so much noise in the back yard and being all fucking hooked to a big ass tree.

set up proximity mines across your backyard along the fence line. then mount a machine gun on a window facing inside your backyard as second line defence.

ahahah but seriously i would just buy a dog, something like a pitbull, mastiff, or my favourite... bull mastiff. if anyone tried getting in your backyard, they will have a fun visit to the hospital..if they even make it :O

Get a big dog, my Rottie's bark is enough to make most folks cross the street to pass my house.

Look into getting a Komondor, they are the best sheep/guard dog I have ever had, I will never get another breed of dog. They will go after anything that comes on to your property (from bears, to packs of wolves), they are good with children, and extremely loyal, also they are pretty chill and love a good toke. Next thing I would suggest is a goose. Anyways hope your next grow is bandit free.

my point though, is that it seems she knows who the culprits are, in that case getting them in trouble would maybe make her feel better. i realized after posting that this thread is two months old so prob too late anyhow
