I harvested the top half of the DJ Shorts True Blueberry 2 days ago,and will harvest the 2nd half in about 2 weeks. the Platinum Bubba Kush was supposed to be done 3 days ago, maybe will go 1 more week. The skywalker should be ready in the next 2 weeks, and also about 2 more weeks for the UK cheese. I quick dried some of the blueberry, and the taste very nice, fruity, but wouldnt say blueberry with a nice "frosty" "medicine" feel in the mouth. The buzz takes about 5 minutes to kick in, and is like having a big swollen head, with a foggy feeling, but is still clear thinking. The high of the quick dried stuff lasts about 1 1/2 hrs. Cant wait till it is dried and cured correctly. I will post more as I get there so pull up a chair and get cumphy.

I am using 17 26 watt 2700k cfl's, and 3 26 watt 6500k cfl's for a total of 20 cfl's in a 5ft x 5ft tent with an a/c inside, and an 8" inline exhaust fan with a passive intake. The buds are pretty dense and solid, I don't understand why people get airy buds with cfl's, mine are almost as dense as what i would get at any good pharmacy. The main differences I see using cfl's over HID lamps are that the buds are not as big, and the light doesn't penetrate deep into the plant. But i have found that 2 harvests (top colas, then the undergrowth about 2 weeks later) solves the problem of having a bunch of popcorn buds. They thicken up and swell nice during that time.

Very nice setup bro and i know what you mean with the cfl's. The light pen on cfl do suck but i like to use T5's on the walls in my grow box to get a heavier harvest. Do you use soil or hydro? I personally use Hydro(DWC) and I have got beautiful results and very nice yields just with CFL's and DWC. It really all depends on the setup I think.

I am growing in about 5 gal of Fox Farms Ocean Forest. My last grow stayed to wet, and I got root gnats, so this time i tried something different. I am using old plastic dairy crates that are lined with landscape fabric as my pot. So far it looks loke it is doing what i want it to, but when I am done, the roots will tell the story
