I wondered about this... I have wanted to pull some huge fan leaves off but never did in concern of hurting the lady. Please elaborate on how you Defoliate:idea:
Thread on here for that! Have a quick look around :joint:.

Seems to have a lot to do with light intensity from all that i've read.
There are other variables like air quality and temps for sure, but I'd assume given all things possible that bud density if def. manageable, and can't be a per stain thing :joint:

Use house and garden shooting powder it will make your buds huge and dens
This shit is crazy, it really works. Kind of tricks the plants into flowering again while still in full flower. Good buddy of mine uses it as swears by it. Potash in flower until week 5 from what I understand helps to swell the buds. You can also add 1tsp of molasses into you nute mix in flower this is supposed to increase bud density and increase flavor as well. Large healthy well oxygenated roots helps as well, bigger roots=bigger fruits.

You know this is just something ive seen in my garden I don't know if it works for everybody but when I was working in this greenhouse I spent all day pulling suckers off tomatoes plants one day after work I was watering my girls and I noticed suckers all the way down each stem so long story short I went to scrog so I could cut the suckers off tell there was 3 or 4 growing points at the end of each stem I send them into flower now and pretty much every strain I got is like rocks and it never was that way befor I did that ...also ive seen some growers only wait 60 days to pull some strains need a little longer to harden up ...

There really are so many factors.
soil or hydro, amount of watts, what bulbs being used, nutes can be a mother fucker if in def. One can block the rest from getting to were they need to be, humidity
heat,wind,

Someone asked about if they should or not to trim the shade leaves...The more light that gets in the more yield you will get...at least that's one of my golden rules.

I know giving the plant the right nutes at all the right times in right stages will help you dramatically.
