Bubbleponics setup looking for help

I have purchased the bubbleponics setup.

I have 2x 1000 watt lights but I know I don;t need both bulbs just ones a backup. Wondering what type of reflector I should go with and where to get a ballast for this?

Also for nutrients I have Dutch master gold step A and B.
