Speed of harvest usually has less to do with the system than it does with genetics. Fastest growth has been recorded in aeroponic systems.
If you want the fastest harvesting strain, Trainwreck is the way to go. You can flower for just 45 days, and you could just flower your clone immediately and expect bud in 52 - 59 days. There might be a couple strains that are as fast, but I have heard amazing things about trainwreck
