The strain is apollo 13 and i have roughly 28 inches of room between the wire and the light when my light is at the max height I have been able to get my plants withing 8 inches so ima say 20 inches max I can drop it 5 inches and start tucking them that would allow me 25 inches rather than 20. hopefully thats enough room. I could possibly lower the tub another 2 inches but id rather not.

ok I moved the fence down and now have 32 inches between the fence and the light so i got 24 inches now. I could prolly push it to 26 thats gonna have to be enough room or i will be tieing some of the colas down.

Today when i moved the fence down i smashed my plants a little and didnt think anything of it well it turns out i broke a stem. The limb was bent the other way all flopped and i moved it in this direction to help it hold its self up a little better. Is this going to kill the plant or will it heal itself. will this plant turn into a hermie. any comments appreciated.

It won't die.
A far as if it will stress it to the point it hermies, have to wait and see but I say no.
I've done this before and worse and they grew on to still live and produce like the rest of the plant.
What will happen though, is that over the next week or so it will form a nice bump where that fold is located.
Tie it up against something if need be, and in 2 weeks tops it'll be supporting itself.

You'll be fine!!! Don't worry. I've split plants right down the middle before. I taped it up and had awesome nugs. There is even a process (forget the name) that calls for bending the plants to a point of almost snapping them. I think it is for speeding up bottom growth (don't remember so go easy on me. Flo, do you know what I'm talking about?). Just tape it up, tie it up, what ever. Give it about 3-7 days and it'll be fine. As for the scrog, looks great. Scrog plants are so easy to bend and contort, they get used to having to move around where you want them. I even have a cage around mine to prevent them from getting to bushy. Check my grow out, I'm on day 17 (flowering) and trust me, the screen keeps them as low as you want them. It's pretty much just nugs at the top (or at least they will be...only day 17). You're grow is looking great. I'll be watching.

I think you are talking about "super cropping" its when you crush the inside of the stem by squeezing it and let it heal itself.. I'm still a noob but i remember reading about it somewhere.

Looks good. When you break or bend a stem to where it creases all the growth below the place of injury/training will grow much more vigorously due to the nutrients being focused on the lower parts. The plant changed its focus from growing tall to fixing the problem so it pushes all the growth out of the lower branches. Many growers do what you have done on purpose in order to grow more of a bush instead of a tree.
