I have done a couple smoke reports but for this one I just wanted to rate all 2 and put them against each other because I dont feel like going through the motions. Fuck the system lol
Anyways I've always wanted to try new strains and rate it (jason king is my idol-pot snob all the way) but only recently have I had the pleasure of doing this until now that I got my medilicense I can finally do it so this is for those people who were like me browsin the seed sites going i want that and maybe it will help you find some strains that are really worth buying.
Got 2 strains from a local dispensary.
Ak-47 - This is the second time im reviewing this strain again it was the special loweest price herb from a different disp. The last one was outdoor organic that wasnt very pungent or special looking but nice soft smoke great high like 10/10 and this one doesnt dissapoint. It was way more like the discription from Serious and was totally dank. It smelled great it looked great (bright green frosty light buds with orange hairs)No complaints at all I think that the ak-47 is one strain worth getting even from 2 sources and defferent conditions its great smoke.
Bubblegum-These buds look really good I assume they are green underneath all the trichomes. They are small diamond shaped buds that have darker red brown hairs. The smell of bubblegum can definately be identified although it's subtle. Exhale of the smoke was a little sweet and the high was good-laid back chill alert but not as potent as either of the ak-47s
And the winner is ak-47 by a mile
And than theres this .....picked up some Purple Erkle X Blueberry hybrid from a local grower. Hopefully I can get a clone soon! The interesting thing is I've not smoked a lot of purple bud...some was slightly purple and perfumey not the greatest taste than a few years ago I got a call from my bro saying he could get some purple from cali - I figured it was purple erkle and this pretty much confirmed it. This bud even tho its a hybrid tastes almost exactly like the pup I had years ago....only better. Its interesting to me that a strain could be crossed with a hybrid and the buds still maintain the purple colors and distinct taste. Im pretty sure this is hydro but cant be sure. Bag appeal-look at these buds! Doesn't get much better than this. Smell-smells a little different than most weed very floral...smells like the color purple can't really describe it. Taste-At first I thought it couldn't be described like the smell but it can. You hit it and it tastes just like it smells than as you exhale your mouth salivates and it reminds me of the gum from willy wonka the way the taste just juices out of your mouth. And what does it taste like? Cream soda....I swear to god just like that. And it doesn't stop there it remains on the palate for about an hour or more so you don't have to hit it again to get that taste again and really after 2-3 hits your pretty much too blazed to keep going. Very intense high that kinda makes you melt inside and a little bit hallucinagenic. This is by far the best marijuana I've ever smoked (13 years) in every way. Seeing as its so similar to the other purple I had before I'm guessing it has a lot of dominate traits that will show up in the crosses. I got some querkle beans Ive been wanting try and hopefully its as good as this....notice the bananas? I hope theres a fat seed inside one of these buds.
Oh yeah since I was young I chew on the stems and they taste like grapes. so theres my thousand words heres the pics
And heres a pic I took of the purple buds I got a few years back just for the hell of it. This was taken at the Garden of the Gods in colo springs. What a beautiful view if ya know what I mean
