Bubble HELP and tips!

Seeking some help from experienced bubble bag makers!!!! Let me preface this by saying sorry if this is in the wrong category, I couldnt find a section for hash making.
Me and a friend have begun the hopefully long and fruitful journey of quality hash making. We have a surplus of nugs and shake and have done a few first runs with mostly very good results. Our first run we ran a half pound of several different strains shake, all very dry. We got very good results from the 3 washes and the product is currently drying on cardboard.

For our second run we ran 3 ounces of strictly sticky icky g13, and this is where we encountered our first hiccup. We did 3 washes again and it was simply the best wet hash ive ever seen, granted I am a noob. After freezing for 10 minutes we began to microplane and HOLY FUCK this was impossible. The stickiest fuckin epoxy type shit ive ever held! impossible to screen or soft in any way for drying! This alarmed me because I am looking at the best hash ive ever seen and I MADE IT...and its probably going to be ruined due to it not being able to properly dry.

1.) Was it too dry? Should we have screened and planed it immediately after the first wash before it got too putty like?

My goal here is full melt dabable ice extract and Id like to hear input from people with experience (other than the usual step by step bubble bs)

2. What are the best methods of pressing the dried powder into dabale jewcy shit?

THANK YOU RIU COMMUNITY!!!!!!

Wet trim equals better quality and dry u will yield more
My last run I tryed something new I did everything like normal except i added dry ice into the mix it was crazy it bubbled like mad and made the water so cold so fast and the results was amazing
I dry then just using my fingers to warm it up and press it into a ball

I dry my trim out first, throw it in a gallon bag, then in the freezer for however long, longer better. I used about a pound of trim and made 3 onces keif. What I do is I buy dry ice, equal to the weight I'm running. Get my bucket, a 90 micron bag, my dry ice, half in one solid chunk the rest in pieces. I put the small dry ice at the bottom of the bucket, then trim, then the large piece of ice, slide the bag on the bucket, flip her and shake for 5 mins over BIG mirror or clean granite tabletop. You'll probably want a buddy to help since your arms will be tired. Afterr the first run, I scrape the super blonde stuff and keep it seperate and leave my bucket in the freezer for a small break. I repeate this 2 more times only the last one I shake for 8 minutes. Afterwards I poor all the conents of the bag into a tray and seperate the ice, back to the freezer the mashed trim goes. I use the leftovers to make rosin in a 60 micron screen. Hope this helps.

I dont use dry ice, my problems are more in the drying and curing area anyway
Well IMO, you can do the full ice melt and wait for your hash to dry, or you can dry ice sift and have no need to dry or cure, assuming you dried your trim then froze it fresh. You can also make this into dabs, I've never made ice melt hash into dabs. I'm sure its possible, but not without a solivent and extra time gettind water out. Now if you take the kief from your sift, throw it in a tube like your gonna blast it, screen and all, but cap the bottom and fill with everclear, shake, strain through micron filter, throw it in a heated magnetic stirrer to winterize, then evap, you will have some nice co2 iso oil for dabs. Nearly soliventless dabs of goodness, if I taught you my other hash making technique I would want free samples
