Hi guys, first journal on here. To get the 2012 spring season kicked off I decided to order from the attitude during the lucky 7 promo. I put down, a Bubba 76, a Veneno, and i bought a Space Queen for the hell of it. The Bubba 76 is 2 months old, while the Space Queen and the Veneno are a month old. Needless to say, theyre all doing very well.

Perks:
125 watt cfl/ 400 watt MH for veg
400 watt hps for flower
All in Fox Farm Ocean Forest mixed with some lime (ph control)
All Organic, Water only (up to this point)

I'll be transplanting into 3 gallons with some Super Soil by about April.

These pics were taken when the bubba was a month old and the other two were about 2 weeks old.
Veneno is on the left, Bubba in the middle, Space Queen on the left.

If anyone has any opinions or any advice on growing any of these three strains feel free to chime in.
Im getting some ac hooked up soon, as soon as i do the 400 watt is going up and these babies will be kicked in high gear. Cant wait!!!

I definitely agree, i believe its because the company is fairly new, I honestly would not of tried this strain if it werent a freebie. Seeing as I have sleeping problems Im hoping this bubba can cure my ale's. The leaf struture is crazily indica dominant. Mine has been a vigorous bush with super tight nodes. Only one set of leaves have died off and those were the first two after the cotyledons. Im very happy with her progress, seeing as my Veneno and Space Queen both have a couple sets of burnt leaves, The Bubba 76 is a super heavy feeder. I just gave her, her first tea a couple of hours ago, cant wait to see the results.

I have had bubba a few times, one was a purple tinged variant, the other just green. both were top drawer head stash quality. heavy indeed so if insomnia is your foe this strain should suit your needs nicely

Thank guys.

I just flipped the light from a 125 watt (7000 lumens) cfl to a 400 watt (42000 lumens) metal halide two days ago. The plants were stressing out really bad considering the light intensity change and the fact i had it too close to the canopy (12 inches!) now its at a steady 30 inches above the canopy and the leaves are looking ALOT better. Cant wait for em to completely perk up so i can see some hid action!!!

hydranthead, Ive smoked bubba quite a few times and it knocks me out after about 3 rips. Hopefully with my organic knowledge and a perfect grow enviroment i can attain some top quality Bubba kush, i mean, did you see those leaves? =)

Dameon, I appreciate it. I'll have another update tomorrow or the following day

I hope you've got room for your Veneno... mine ended up larger than expected, especially with limited veg time. I ended up cutting veg short due to an early spring, I live in the north and my ac has been full blast for 2 weeks, will likely be until harvest too. Stretch was 2x on mine and it took its sweet time shifting to flower too, but it is damn beautiful. I'll try to get some pics up for you. I LST it for 2-3 weeks and it is really bushy.
Vigorous grower, takes nutes well, mines uber sativa pheno, long skinny fan leaves. If it loads up its gonna need to be supported. Its about 2 months old right now, maybe 2.5. It seems to be getting taller 2-3 weeks into flower . It just vexed my Space plant which used to be the tallest. Its about 2.5 ft tall.

Nice, I would have to say that out of all three strains, the veneno is definitely the hardiest. Like I said, I put them under the 400 metal halide a few days ago and theyre pretty much done stressing out from the light intensity. Now i have another problem, the plants are root bound. I gave them a myco/ewc tea last week, ever since then theyve exploded in growth! I'll have some pics up soon.

UPDATE.

Alright, Im around 2months on the Bubba and a month with the Space Queen and Veneno. Theyre coming along very nicely, The other day they were showing signs of stress pertaining to being root bound. So today, I upgraded their pots from 2 gallon(Bubba) and 1 gallon(Veneno/space Queen) to 5 gallon air pots. Thats why theyre looking SOOO droopy, Im actually about to feed them a Myco tea in a little while. I'll also probably take some more pics when their leaves perk up.

Does anyone know if the Bubba 76 yeilds well??? Im hoping for a decent yeild off of it, Its about 20 inches wide, 11 inches tall. Super bushy with THE TIGHTEST INTERNODE spacing ive ever seen. Crazy! By the time im done with veg it'll be about 2 feet wide, 13 inches tall.

Also, Can anyone tell me if the Space Queen stretches a whole lot? Im kind of cramped on room and i'll top if need be. Its the smallest out of the three but the other two are pretty indica and i dont plan on them stretching alot, im just worried about my little sativa.

As for the Veneno, not any questions really. Its the hardiest out of the three showing NO signs of slowing down. Super easy to grow and its loving the fox farm, surprisingly.

Any input or advice is greatly appreciated

Your veneno does look more indica dom than mine, hopefully it doesn't 2x stretch on you . At least its vigor seems to carry though the phenos, its been the best growing in my box of 8 different strains.

It definitely carries its weight. Although its not handling this transplant very well (neither is the Bubba) but we'll see. Im sure she'll come around soon enough. I cant wait till their perky again, Im not a big fan of droop

Update.

Whats up guys? Its been roughly around a week and a half since the transplant and about two days since ive put them in flower. The plants are doing amazing, no more droop and their leaf mass is growing exponentially. Cant wait to see how the space queen stretches, hopefully not too much. I transplanted from Fox Farm Ocean Forest into Roots Organic Soil with some super soil at the bottom of each pot. Cant wait till i see bud sites, Im really excited!!

any comments or advice are gladly accepted

Looks great!!! Beautiful canopy you have there on that bubba!

Thank you much Hydrant, Theyve definitely stretched since the flip to 12/12. Not so much considering its only been 7 days. The veneno is stretching like a mad woman! shes about 18 inches tall while the space queen and the bubba are both at about 13 inches. The bubba also has crystal production already, im really liking this strain, hopefully EMERALD TRIANGLE has some more great strains. The Veneno is very impressive as is the Space Queen.

If anyone could tell me, why is my space queen not really stretching all that much? Maybe im being to impatient, but considering its 70% sativa i would think it to be the tallest strain in my room.

Anybody wanna chime in feel free, i'd love come conversation on these strains.

Update.

1 week 1 day into flowering. The veneno has stretched out considerably! Im guessing its the "Monster" genes in it. The bubba is still short but man, those internodes are ridiculously short.Im hoping for a decent yield off the bubba considering it doesnt yield well. The space queen still hasnt stretched all that much! Can anybody help me out? Is she a big stretcher or not? Still no nutes, just building up that microherd to feed those roots.

This being a first time roots organic grow, Im liking it alot. I got my soil tested and its right on the money. I'll definitely be using Roots from now on. I cant wait to see what that super soil does either. Its bound to do better than any fox farm stuff (love them).

Any suggestions/Explanations feel free to chime in

Stay high!

Can anybody tell me if the bubba 76 hybrid is a good smoke and or a good yielder? Im really considering buying some more seeds here in a week or so and would like some personal opinions. Also, can anyone PLEASE tell me if the space queen has a late stretch???? I flowered her at 12 inches and shes about 14 now.
