Brown spotting on leaves

Hi all, I initially posted this in Marijuana Plant Problems forum, however the post died over there.. I've noticed some brown spotting on 5 or 6 of my plants on a leaf or two each. Seems this is all happening on older leaves, not new leaves, and resembles Boron Deficiency. However I read about boron deficiency and most sources seem to say I'd notice graying new shoots, and new growth would be affected, but my new growth looks quite healthy.

Strains-- Purple White Rhino Kush & Critical Kush
Grow Stage-- beginning 4th week veg
Light-- 1000 Watt Metal Halide
Nutrients-- humboldt oneness 5-9-4 at 1/3rd strength, CaliMagic @ 1/2 strength
Soil-- Fox Farm OF
Room Temp--70-77
Relative Humidity--18-22%
Room Sq Ft-- 25 LWH=(5x5x6)
Pests-- none known
Water PH- 6.8-7.2 when measuring tap water, somewhere below 6.2 when measuring run-off
Ventilation-- none, one side of the tent is left open though.

I originally posted this about 5 days ago, and since had a lot of feedback that all were pretty agreed it was Cal/mag def or a general nute deficiency, and I started feeding calmag/nutes at low potency.(They've had three doses) The plants seem if anything to have gotten slightly worse. I've noticed new leaves start to get small brown specs, and look like they may be headed the same way as the others.

Could Ventilation cause this?
What are you guys thinking ?
Any help is much appreciated.

Old leaves in pic will die off if new leaves are looking good you may have found what was wrong

Hey thanks for the response Terry,
Do you think? New growth has always looked fine, and it seems to be effecting more of the old growth than it had even after adding nutrients.

5 days .(They've had three doses)

Way to many times  feed let dry out water let dry feed or water let dry out

Fox Farm OF is good for just water for about 4 week or so

They're approaching their fifth week veg,
and I only water maybe half a gallon at a time every two days. They tend to droop if they get water any less than that, and certainly use it all up rather quick.

Sorry in advance I'm a bit of a novice, is the PPM meter a reading of Total Dissolved Solids or what use does it serves if it is not testing PPM for nutrient levels?
Considering purchasing this one as it is a bit cheaper and will arrive quicker with amazon prime (http://www.amazon.com/HM-Digital-Thermometer-Measurement-Resolution/dp/B0002T6L5M/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1425413517&sr=8-4&keywords=ppm+ph+meter)

What does PPM really tell me? So far this grow meters are one thing I've neglected completely.
