Brown spots on leaves during flower

Hey RIU crew,

Looking for some advice on this persistent problem I have been having with my Sour Diesel Auto. I'm 5 weeks into flower (10 weeks from seed should be finished by week 12 based of previous grows) and the leaves are quickly turning yellow and consist of brown rust spots. This is common on the bottom fan leaves and outside edges. In addition the top sugar leaves have started turning a slight shade of purple. Research tells me this is either a nitrogen or manganese deficiency, PH irregularity, nutrient lockout or burn.

The plant is getting worse each day so I flushed the plant with PH water this morning thinking there was excess nutes or a PH irregularity. Runoff water came off at 5.9 PH (lower than I thought) and only 224 PPM. I'm using MG soil (I know this is supposed to be terrible soil but I've grown great plants including this exact strain previously with fantastic results). I am fully aware that leaves naturally turn yellow during flower but this is not normal for this strain. I'm having a hard time correcting this issue with my FF trio nutes so reaching out here for some advice. Thoughts?

Could be calcium deficiency . I've heard that can be one problem with miracle grow soil.
