Brown Spots, Help Needed!

So my children are about 46 days old now and about 10 days into flower and I have come upon some small brown spots and was wondering if anyone could help me out at all. About a week ago, being the horrible parent that I am, I almost killed my babies because I did not water them over the weekend while I was gone. When I came home, I found stems and leaves heavily drooping and after the two plants recovered they lost about 5-7 leaves/stems each that went yellow and fell off. After that horrible incident, they have done much better and are continuing to flower. I have them in organic soil, under a 400w hps lamp, and I use Technafloura nutes for flowering. I was wondering if I should stop using nutes because maybe they are the reason for the brown spots? Or maybe the brown spots are still just part of the damage done to the plant from the underwatering last week? Anything helps, thanks a lot everyone!Attached are 3 pictures of the main spots, remember these plants were near death about a week ago.

Could that cause brown spots? Their watering schedule has been off ever since I almost killed them and I'm sure they're having trouble adjusting to the changes

they'll only experience trouble if they aren't let to dry out pretty good between waterings. and yeah overwatering can cause all sorts of problems, but you often hear overwatering or overfertilizing (actually i think it's more commonly overfertilization) associated with that downward claw shape your leaves are taking

if i had a second guess i'd say overfertilization which could be really messing up your PH
