Brown hair, skinny flowers.

First grow, I would like to have your opinions.

This is week4 in flower. It stopped growing last week. Skinny flowers and colas, and pistils are getting brown and dying..

Veg for 3 mo.
5 gal fabric pot, ocean forest soil.
Dry amendments top dressing only,+ cal-mag liquid, and Recharge.
Tap water 50 ppm, dechlored, PH 6.5.

Why are you running extra calmag if your tap , medium AND dry fertilizer have it already. ?

Calcium excess will become antagonistic to other elements - leading to multiple problems.

Because in early flower it developed rust spots on leaves.Cal mag was suggested.
