Yeah I would be interested in hearing about the smell while flowering. What was the yeild on those that finished. Are they sensitive to nutes, how many phenos have you found in your batch. The ones that finished how long did it take them to get 50/50 trichromes. Also tell me your experience with hempdepot. How long did the process take once you sent your money order off before you recieved your seeds. Did they send you a tracking number in your e-mail. Anything else you might think would be helpful to me.
The smell is flowering was almost non exsistant untill about week 3.5-4, they dont have a stench like afghani or skunk, but they do throw some stink out. Its more of a citrusy/candy smell and very easy on the nose. In my batch i had 3 phenos, all are good but i really liked one, the rotten meat smelling one. There is also two others that are good, but i liked that one better.
Being as they are sativa i didnt really wait for the trichs, i picked some tops at 45 days and harvested the rest at 50-53 days like Mr.Soul advised and the trichs were clear/cloudy but the buds were matured and foxtailed. Ive read posts of growers leaving them go for up to 70+ days but i think that defeats the purpose of the strains qualities. 50 days was good, it mashes you into another place
. Its the kinda weed you can hit all day long and be irie but not pasted to the couch..i call it the anti-kush. It does cause some stupidity/confusion tho if you smoke to much haha.
Hempdepot is pretty solid, i have nothing bad to say about them. My order was filed as soon as it got there, a confirmation was sent the same day and my gear came a week later. Ive recomended them to a few other people who have now had the same quality service in Canada and the US. Just make sure you follow the instructions on the order form and your golden. Cust-service is also great.
To answer your other Q about these genetics, no this C99 is as close to the orig as you can get, the other places have manipulated the genes a lil bit, so i don't think they are the same. Im not taking anything away from the other guys C99, but i wanted as close as i could get the BG orig and JW has it. These grew textbook to what BG said about the orig Cindy. I was very pleased with them and hempdepot.
