So basically, I dont understand how you can pollinate some females without ruining all of the females...a lot of people do it...I dont get it yet....any help would be appreciated.

put a flowering male branch in a bag, seal it and shake. turn off all fans put the bag over the female branch and shake

if you catch the male early and kill it after you get pollen it wont pollenate it others you might get a seed or two on the other plants . now if all the flowers are open and it is windy you will have seeds everywhere(oh ya fans arent outdoors)

ima look into it more...it seems more confusing outdoor cuz the wind seems like it could easily make the pollen travel...so it seems risky..

yea u collect the pollen off the male, grab a cotton swab and get the pollen on it, then rub it on the budsite u want there to be seeds, dont let any fall off or "Escape"
also heard u can mist the bud after to make sure the pollen doesnt "escape"

I got a Q for more experienced growers tho

when u breed seeds and dont backcross do u just have unstable seeds with different phenos?
or can they go hermi, be shitty all around? or be like one parent more than the other?

cause i wanna cross my big bud with my skunk this year

look at fdds seed thread, basically you collect the male pollen sacs get the pollen from them take a brush and and brush the pollen onto the hairs of the desired bud you wish the be pollinate

oh yea and u need the male to be mature, gotta wait 4 weeks i think it is for the pollen to be ready and it takes another 4 weeks for the seeds to be ready...what ive read so far atleast
and yes outdoors i wouldnt wanna try it, fuck the chance of seedy bud

Why not place one female and male by each other in a seperate locating away from other plants and let nature do its thing.

ive heard pollen can travel in the air far as fuck....ive decided im not gonna worry about making seeds for a while....i luv my girls, not gonna screw em all up.

what i do is grow the male not to mature an open up. instead i clip a branch of unopen male flowers and use a needle and stab the tips of the flowers so there opened by me. then i use the branch as like a qtip and rub the female flowers. this worked for me great. the reason i dont let the male flower mature is so that it is still moist and i dont worry about tons of pollen sticking all over my house. MY THEORY IS USE THE POLLEN WHEN YOU NEED IT THEN KILL IT.
