Breeding fem.nl big bud x white widow with heavy duty fruity

Ordered some new strains from attitude a 4 pack of female seeds big bud x white widow and 10 pack of regular TH seeds heavy duty fruity (Big Bud x Afghan/Skunk) since the hdf is regs I should have a few males I would like to polinate the BB x WW with the HDF pollen any idea on what the offspring would be like? Also have two strains that I have done about 6 harvest of female seeds x-line extreme indica and their AK I was going to just stop cloning the old strains but would there be any benefit of polinating a couple clones with the HDF. I know breeding is more intense than what I really care to get into but I was cloning a clone each round and they have lost some of their vigor. Looking to have a nice bank of good seeds not looking to make a cup winner just a heavy yeilder with a nice smoke.

F1's are hard to predict unless you know the ins and outs of what you have been growing. for example

In any breeding experiment, you want to know what each parent has as its Dominant, and recessive traits. Dominant traits that you may love or hate will show up often in f1's(first breeding) and in f2's the more recessive traits will begin to show themselves more often creating a greater instability. with NL x BB, i'd expect huge yields, strong root mass, indica structure and explosive growth, but since i didn't actually breed that, it could be any number of things, it could have been bred for smells, or for potency and not for yield(but unlikely.) if you would cross something with the NL x BB i'd choose a more sativa dominant male White widow, and the more indica dominant male. Mark which buds you pollinated with which so you can compare the two after you start the f1's of each.

If you want to take a really want to take a more scientific approach, you are going to want to cross everything with everything, record the results.... repeat the breading process and record your results again. do this about 3 times and you should have all the information and knowledge of the strains you are working with and decide for yourself what you want. the rest is up to you.

you might like some breeding faqs and methods online, google search does wonders. although pollen chucking can(as easily as it cannot) produce good offspring.

Thanks for the responses. #Horrible pure AK was decent out of the 5 i germed 4 made it about 4-5 weeks 12/12 1 of the 4 hermied on me had a clone did same thing second round genetics. the 3 that finished all had very different traits one short and dense one tall and bushy one tall and lanky yeild was a little small around 1.5oz a plant but the smoke was great harvested at 55 days 12/12 trichs were 20-30% amber it's my day smoke the extreme indica my bedtime remedie. #TCB thanks for some details great respect for breeders lots of knowledge and patients. I picked the two strains ww x BB and HDF because they both share BB genetics also containing two other stable strains ww and afghan just wandering if the cross mix will be somewhat stable or perform like their parents or would it be a total crap shoot with each seed producing different results. Thanks again
