Has anyone grown these old landrace genes with 22 weeks flowering time.I wondered about some of the columbian strains ran on 12/12 .Im going with the columbian black and punta roja ,I can always make room for a couple of soaring sativas in the flowering room.I thought about growing three or four just to see whats up.These seeds are supposed to be pure landrace.Any info would be great.

Never grown them but I would love to try it just for fun. Do a journal if you grow them as I'm sure a lot of us would like to see that. You might want to set the lights at something like 11/13 as I've read that this is beneficial with flowering pure sativas like this. Good luck. :)

Hi Therapy Man

They can be left in the corner of your grow room on 12's, will work ok. Better to take a rooted clone and flower as soon as roots are nicely formed, bigger pots as you go. This will work nicely to control them, even so, expect 8ft or more of plant.

What I would honestly suggest, if it would be your first time growing Sativa's pure Indoors, to try one of our ''oldskool'' hybrids, maybe Colombian Punto Rojo x Afgani, these are 12 to 14 weeks and whilst still being massive plants as any true F1 will be they are more controlled. Our number8, is also a excellent 1st step, beautiful plants, Colombian/Haze Purple x Chitrali1 Purple.

Both these have 80' or more percent of the quality of high of the pure's, they are more potent in some respects, but the absolute el primo quality of highs are the pure lines, Will take you soaring, for long times, wandering through many different phases and a Black Haze will take you places you may not know exist, lol, surprises me many times too.. either in hybrid form or not, we select from large seed starts true elites and you will maybe surprised at what quality can be found outside of mainstream seedhawks. Another line worth trying would be SourFruit in auction at BBAY 25USD.

Reason I say this is most may never have actually grown a true 50% Indica/Sativa, they have massive vigour, huge growth rate from hetrosis. Most lines you see today, like Skunk or so advertised as Sativas are mostly Indica.

All the above excellent 1st steps into the true tropical Sativas and their ways.

If you can stand the time in flower, they will deliver legendary quality highs and smiles. Get the Black Haze, this will take you to the stars.

Peace, HHF

I used to grow these strains in the early 80s under mh ,nobody used hps back then but Im sure going to give threeor four packs a try.Im not going to throw them in the corner that was just a figure of speech. If these seeds are like the pot i used to smoke from south america Ill make them my mainstay but Ive learned to grow a few seeds out but before you go all out.Yhose sativas look like some red bud I got in 1982 ,I grew and crossed these seeds until my wife threw them out in 1990.These seeds are the best high known to man.Its like hitting a crack pipe without all the side effects.Which of the columbians is the easiest to grow and the strongest I grew the punna butter sativa pheno back in the early80s and I got a good sativa pheno from TH seeds punna.Would it be best to go through breedbay or do I need to use that site. What about a prepaid visa. You can bet your ass they will be grow reports on these strains so we can spread these old trippy buzzes to the Masses.Lets get some of these 20 week flowering sativas going,Im ordering next week.I just got 5 of subs varities vegging and 45 trainwreck and 20 opium clones finishing What about your punna crosses

I'm looking at some of their haze's right now as well. I'm just not sure if my lst skills are up to the task.
Black Haze, Pure Haze, Purple Haze, and the pure Colombians we offer are serious Sativa's and all take over 20 weeks in flowering. They are not actually that hard to grow organically, they just take a long time and need very low to nil fert's during their life. For me, the flowering times are worth it as I grow outdoor's under polytunnels.

I would suggest maybe some of our Haze hybrids as a starter and entry to growing pure Haze types (and equatorial Sativas) lines like SoulFruit, SourFruit (at auction by now 25USD) and the Number8 are both very tropical Sativas but with some Indica added to enable shorter flowering and higher yields, they are both excellent at delivering the quality of high the pure Sativas are known for. These all work very well indoors too. Delivering most of the qualities of a pure Tropical Sativa.

However, it is not possible to make a short flowering 'perfect' tropical Sativa dom for indoor, simply put the the maturity of the pure Sativas is what add's that very special something to the mix. If you can handle the time in flower (stick them in a corner of the grow on 12's they will do fine) it is a very rewarding to grow the pure Sativa's like BlackHaze which i highly recommend to those seeking the finest quality of high's.

Posting a few pics of hybrid 'haze' and Sativa's, SoulFruit, SourFruit, Number8's, etc, all these pics I'm posting are actual customer photo's of plants grown from our supplied seeds, not 1 in a million 'breeder' pics. This is our policy. What you see, is what you get.

Must also stress that our plant line's being descended from Heirloom and Landrace lines need very little fert's and are best grown in organic methods with little or no addition of ferts, they don't need much to deliver their best brothers, just some love. I have known them grown by complete new growers perfectly and never seen or heard of a hermie. They where really worked from high populations and are very 'bullet proof' if low levels of fert is given (especially N)

Peace and thanks for the interest in our work guy's.

Sounds similar to mandala...Have I mentioned I have a mancrush on mandala mike. ;-)

I want one of the 20+ week flowerers. I figure with some lst and supercropping, plus 12/12 from seed I can do it. I don't want any hybrid, I want to experience the real thing. I can make my own hybrids.

Also, do you have any pure indica or any indica dom strains? I didn't notice any over at breedbay.

Much respect for your contributions here, it seems like you have a lot of knowledge to share with the riu community.

Hi Bro,

Yeh Mike's a good un'. Not grown his work, but like their style for sure and don't say that often! lol

You can certainly do it. Here's a few pics from a grower that has only been growing our lines for a few years now and started with our pure Sativa's. He is a very talented sympathetic grower, but these dont take much expertise if you grow them ''lightly''. As long as they are in a nice balanced medium and only fed when showing that they need it you will do just fine.

RIU is a cool site, not so much BS around these parts and I love to chat genetics with the more old-schoolers amongst us..

Our lines at the BBay auction site are not the 'regular' ones, mostly we like to offer Heirlooms we preserve in pure and hybrid form there. Stuff goes very fast from there too.

We offer in our regular lines at cannaseur.com including a small, select group of pure indica's which we feel are some of the finest. Certainly, the finest we have ever found.

BCO at cannaseur.com

Peace and thanks, HHF

That XKush 1 & 2 both look great. :weed: Add in the freebie pure haze seeds and that looks pretty attractive.

Some more research is required, but I am interested.

Cannabiseye is moving servers at the moment, be a few more days before site is restored. Cannaseur.com are our distributors and they also list our stocks at bidzbay. You can find all our work through them. If not shown in stock they will be all there in a week or so. You can order them there if you contact the shop staff they will help.

Is cannabiseye in the UK as well? I've all but decided I have to try one of your hazes. I just need to figure out how to get the package past my wife. From past experience she knows what packages to my address, from the UK mean. :-|

Once again, thanks for all your input HHF. I hope you stick around, I am learning a lot from some of the discussions you have had here with others.

Well the cannaseur site seems hard to use. When I go to the shopping cart page i click on "checkout" and the damn thing takes me back to the breeders page where I was before checking my cart. Shouldn't it bring up a printable form to send along with payment? I fired off an email to the staff for help but it's the weekend.

Is there something simple i'm missing here or is there a glich in the site thats not letting it bring up the order form? This is irritating! HHF or anyone who can answer this? i appreciate the help.

check your e-mail thats what it did to me.I did not know I had even made a purchase. The Web site needs some changes but I got what I ordered in a reasonable amount of time at one hell of a good deal

Tried that. Nothing. Thanks anyway. I guess i'll wait till someone on their staff gets back to me. The site needs to be changed a bit to make ordering easier, I think. if i didn't want these columbian genetics so bad I'd give up. A lot of people probably do.

It is in Spain brother. To be honest though we wont do retail from there any longer as we cannot keep up with demand so Cannaseur handle all retail sales of BCO works. They have the staff and facilities to do that right.

Peace! HHF
