Breed FEMINIZED SEEDS in ur back-yard...no bull!!!

Most fem seeds are made with silver thiosalate solution ((STS))All large breeders are useing sts.I red that book back in the 80s and I think what it says it that if you pollinate with a hermie all seeds will be female or hermie,no males.I dont wont any hermie genes in my pool

Very true! STS can be used to promote pollen growth on female plants just as light stress can.

isn't it easier if you would just grow your seeds you have, hope for at least 2 females and 1 male so you can use one female to grow constantly in vegetation state and clone while the other female and male can be used to harvest feminized seeds? i think this is more productive..

surely someone with your expertise and book smarts can figure this one out ... that just sounds silly ! I would say they fall to the ground and then grow, but that is too obvious, unless of ocourse they are harvested.

Lets start with your definition of a-sexual reproduction. It might help to know what you think this is...

Again, self pollination is NOT a-sexual reproduction even though it involves only one plant.

Binary fission
Budding
Vegetative reproduction
Spore formation
Fragmentation – This does occur when you clone a plant however not very common in nature
Parthenogenesis
Agamogenesis
Apomixis and nucellar embryony

haha this guys a joke havent u ever noticed how some plants hemie and others dont in the same room under improper conditions? that is becasue some seed plants and clones have hemie genetics, or came from a family of bad genetics pure fems will never hemie no matter what type of stress. ive been know 2 have some good strains from seed that grew seeds in the bottom branches with no male present. but who knows, point in being u should use a good male plant of the same genetics or you will end up with a shitty hybrid that grows small, keep up the good genes and grow big buds . good luck 2 all the real growers of the sticky green. peace

Actually they dont have "Hermie" genetics, but rather your particular growing environment does NOT match what their ancestors are used to, so despite the environment being optimal to one strain of plant, this strain is stressed. this stress results in hermaphroditism to survive this frightning new environment and ensure offspring. Then the offspring that stresses more easily in your environment has genetic traits that lead to stress in its offspring when grown in your environment. Now two F1 siblings sisters. One hermies from stress in your environemtn, the other doesn't stress. Just like potency or flavor the likelyhood of each of these sisters offspring is different on their chances of reacting with stress (and increasing hermie tendancys) to your environment. Thus breeding with a hermie ensures similar environemnt will cause more hermies. In otherwords what may be damned hermie genetics that suck in your neighborhood might be awsome never hermie genetics to someone half way around the world in an entirely different lattitude.
