i need help sufficiently lighting my grow room
i would like to use LED's to save money on electricity.
i want the highest yields possible using 9 275 gallon ibc totes as aquamist systems, like in the video 15 pounds in 80 days.... each tote will have 20-25 plants unless i should/can fit more and not have to worry about them cramping an dieing b/c they are too close - so picture these 'totes' as 4 foot squares... they are 4 feet tall, 4 feet deep and 4 feet wide.. aprox;

now tell me if my idea is smart or not.... i was inspired by the video 15 pounds in 80 days by seemorebuds.....

im going to take the bedroom and divide it in 3 rooms like seemorebuds did
in each room ill have 3 275 gallon ibc totes that i've made into aquamist systems;
can i put one bigger led light, say 900watt, on a light rail and sufficiently light each little room? (remember each little room has 3 275 Gallon totes in it and each tote has 20-25 plants each.. unless i can fit more and make it work lol) - if so what would my lighting schedule be for all stages of plant growth?!?
or do i have to buy a small led per 275 gallon tote, like 300watt? (damn thats expensive) or maybe 2 LEDs in each small room but hanging so they evenly distribute the light? idk what wattage is sufficient i guess that is my main question...

what is the best way to light 9 275 gallon ibc totes in one bedroom? how many of what watt LED lights should i use? 9 300watt LED? 3 500 watt LED? should i put them all in one room under a couple lights or should i divide them into 3 rooms? help guys, im completely lost... :(

Taquito35: have you seen the cost of LED lighting? It may be cheap to operate but $500 for a 13" by 13" fixture that supposedly illuminates an area 3' by 3' is way too rich for my blood. You might want to think that one over. HSA
