Branch/Kola Dying in final stages of flower

my whole plant is relatively healthy and has a nice ammount of buds. but on 1 of the main colas; starting from the top the cola started what looks like it is dying. a good 2/5 of it is covered in brown dead leaves (not just the fan leaves) it looks completely different from the rest of my plant which looks fine (normal yellowing and dropping of fans). is this something that is spreading? should i chop the kola now and try to save the buds?

i should be coming near the last week or 2 of harvest so ive cut down on watering could this be it? or could this part of the plant be done quicker than the rest? seems the pistils are a bit brown too..

thanks for the help.

when your plant is finished with life it starts to die. sounds like your plant is knocking on the doors saying its ready to be cut down, dried and properly cured so it can be enjoyed later. Dying leaves and browning are two signs.

I also have spider webs on the inside/lower section of my plants with little black dots all over it. looks like tiny rat shits; notice them around my plant as well. its not eggs is it? spider mites? could they kill my plant like this?

Spider mites often spin webs on the under-sides of leaves, but in advanced stages will cover your whole plant...

Mites and lightburn. Set ur hand on top of the khola, is it pretty warm? Is the top of that purple or brown? Eitherway it looks like the light is too hot, move it up. As for the webs and dots, yes, those are mites. U got a bunch of yellow dots all over ur leaves yet? How bad is the webbing?
