use a window unit. Dude please make better drawings (i use paint but instead of pencil use the lines, its easier to read and detect)
For the flower room, vent like this:

i'd put the fan after the light right next to the exhaust. make sure your hood is nice and sealed. fans work best when they are drawing negative pressure. the motors wear out when they have to push air against positive pressure.

No one mentioned the problems with using the chimney for the exhaust!!


You have a furnace and water heater using that chimney according to your drawing. Both of those use heat to move the gasses up through the chimney. When you add pressure from your fan into the chimney, the gasses will no longer exit the building and you could end up in a bad situation. You do have a carbon monoxide detector down there right???
