This was what i found for infusion, bulletproof c8 brain octane mct oil(lot of marketing going on in there....anyways). Is this the same as any other mct oil?
i was going to put soy lecithin with as well. Yes/No?
I use Brain Octane because it is suppose to be easily absorbed into the body. Have not tried with lecithin but if I do, it was recommended to use very little and do a taste test.
