If you as a patient are able to buy meds anywhere else you will HELP to rub out this MMPR system. This is the system that is overcharging sick folks for MMJ. In the old MMAR all you new folks could have been buying your meds for WAY LESS.
This new system is designed to make the Gov and the LP's rich on your sick back.
For the sake of your future and other folks who come behind you .....
DON"T BUY MMJ FROM LP's
Buy from friends, the black market or CC's of which their are many good one and cheaper ones than the LP's charge you.
Come on folks.....Let's bring this MMPR sytem down and toss it in the garbage where it belongs.
If you don't buy....they won't last....this will work !!!!!

also those of you who signed up mmpr to be legal...good for you...but I hope you only make one order..get your card or bottle to be legal...then ...you know...DG...CC...BM....all there to serve you...
because once you receive your order and are disappointed.and feeling you have been ripped...you will be glad there are other choices...
not suggesting anyone go without meds...just hope you are not being ripped off too badly...

at least for now its out of HC hands.....
They are powerless right now....and will have to abide by what ever the courts come up with...
if the police start to crack down on them...then they have to be getting their orders from someone....(so Who)?
right now there is no one who can legally..tell us or the police...what to do...
HC has tried to wash their hands of the whole mmj scene...with no more renewals etc....
I doubt the industy minister has that kind of power...to enforce rules that don't exist...
so now we have a huge grey area....
Lp's don't have any rights either....just because you invest your money in a venture capital scheme,
does not give them the right...to control an industry...and tell your customers you have to buy from us...only
Why can we not buy weed from say latin american countries...like Chile...? or maybe Israel ,or Holland...
Why should it matter where I buy my mmj....? Its a world economy now.....with all goods and services....

Even if they grew the most outstanding weed ever grown...I could care less. Even if any LP does they threaten my right to produce my own. Sorry can't accept that.
If they can grow I better be able to as well. I'm also a Canadian

I agree with you fully, I'm just saying weed will never be cheaper than it is now if legal production must be indoors.

it will def.cost more grown inside than out...that's a given...
and your right redi.....as I see it.....it would be super easy to just start up a grow now that HC...is no longer
accepting...renewals and new patients....
if you can get a doctors note ...stating your need for cannabis
then you could by-pass the mmpr model....and go straight into looking after your own needs...
work out your plants counts as per the model given in the ontario gazzette..based on the old mmar system
of plant counts...and start growing....if you get caught...and the cops don't see fit...to walk away...
rely on the doctors note...you have....even if it is a refusal letter...it will have weight in court...
patient with a proven true need for cannabis will not be denied by the court system....
there are too many precedent setting cases already...for the judge to ignore it...
as was already said by a couple members here
No sell No tell No smell...= no trouble...

legal fees..even if you are in the right, it will cost thousands to prove that. unless you have the OK from the Feds, it could get very expensive. that's my barrier

Cant argue that...but the way I see it, your going to spend alot more buying your meds than defending yourself in court. Like Cannadan said, legal precedence has been set.

Not to be a dick but the Man has you exactly where they want you....too afraid to take things into your own hands.

he will be beaten,if they continue with the case...and will not spend any of their precious time on it.
if your doctor..(the gate keeper) says its okay....then its okay....period.
I can't see them trying to even pull your plants ....though they may think they have the right to look....
if you not conspiring to grow and then selling the mmj....with a group of people
you should be fine....its once they know you are dealing /selling...or conspiring they will try and take you and your grow down.
