Bought some bad kief want to make ROSIN for the first time. Any tips?

I bought a few grams of some blue dream kief that is solid but crumbles that honestly doesn't even give me buzz more of a headache from how much i have to smoke of it. I only bought it because it was 5 a gram but anyways i wanna make rosin out of it but i've never made rosin. From my understanding you get parchment paper or something then press for a few seconds. What paper do i use exactly? How many seconds should i press for this kief? it has some plant material in it forsure if that helps. Also i have some frosty leaves and stems can i press those as well or shold i save that for iso? Any help would be really appreciated because i wanna try this soon. Peace n pot!

There's a thread literally above this one that's over 8 pages long about tips n techs. Also YouTube has many many videos as well on the process so I'll a quick explanation.

You take the kief, put it in a 25 micron screen or 90 micron or even a tea bag. Then you put that between parchment and press. I usually do 5 seconds for hash.

I tried pressing straight up trim and got nothing. So yeah I would save it for a ISO wash.

Must be really bad if it is giving you a headache and kief being the step where you have almost as much plant matter as THC....makes me wonder what is in that puck. You said it is solid? Concentratin your kief might just make this headache of yours worse, if not more of a bad for your health sort of thing. Mind if you invite a friend over and see if he or she gets similar results? If you have bad weed I don't understand why you would want a bad high in the first place... Hope things go well however you decide to.
