hahhaaha,

do you think that we could 'Overgrow the Government?' and produce more than we need? I know if everyone grew their own stash this would be easy. Could it get to that point?

1200-1600 a pound your choice. That is insane! We will see if it has the same effect across the country.

This sounds like a lie, dispensaries do not sell by the pound. The majority of patients are allowed up to 8oz depending on the amount prescribed. Oh and dispensaries are greedy, I'm sure they would want more for a 1lb.

he said that is what he pays. He was saying that if prices got that low then clubs could sell for 250 an oz.

I would think they could do it cheaper. I know people that get ps for 36 and sell ozs for 250 so if you could get if for 1200 then Im sure you could do a lot better than 250. ya know.

In California, could I get a license to posses marijuana for pain? I am currently on opiates and have been for a while now. I smoke pot when I am not at work, and when I am at work, I take pain medicaiton. When I get out of work I stop taking the pills and go right for the herb. It acts as a pain reliever and relaxes me quiet a bit. I do not smoke if I have responsibilities to take care of that demand my undivided attention as with anything, there is always going to be bad when there is good. While marijuana may be helpful in some manners, some strains produce effects that are counterproductive when I am trying to be the opposite, productive. However when I have no more responsibilities for the day, and all work is done, then why can't it be my fucking perogative if I want to burn the Sensi?!?! I mean thats really what it boils down to right? The invisible collective telling me what I can and can not do?

Could it be that the dispensaries have been watching/listening to the legal news involving medical cannabis? The recent legal decision that you need to do more than supply medical cannabis to a patient to be a qualified care giver. This decision in California may close the doors of the dispensaries. Maybe they are having a 'close out sale'? LINK: http://blog.norml.org/2008/11/24/california-supreme-court-ruling-limits-medical-marijuana-distribution/
Interesting take on the situation.

There is no close out sale. As with any new legislation, people need to be caught and rulings need to be made to determine the specific factors of each new law. The guy who got caught in Cali clearly wasnt growing for patients, just tacked that on after the fact to try and skirt jail time. A qualified dispensary in cali at this moment is not worried about going out of business, period. Unless of course, they sell shitty herb.

last time i went to the club they had vendors lined up around the corner. there is no change here.

this happens every year. they call it "harvest season". it's no mystery, nothing new, no big change in how things work. seems like every year more and more new people are growing so the flood waters get a little deeper each year. it's a good thing. OVERGROW THE GOVERNMENT!!!!!! :)
