Botanicare clearex idk how use first time

So its my first time using the botanicare clearex im not sure if i should balance the ph in water to 6.0 to 6.5 or just use clearex with ph at 9.4
Can anyone help

get yout ph straight first then add the clearex to the gallon of water and use half gallon per plant. then use ph blalanced water to flush the rest of the way

add the clearex then ph it not before
